Lagoon - Utah Trip

One of the things we wanted to do on our trip was to collect some souvinor pennies so we looked around to see what ones were close and found one was at the train station not too far from us. The boys loved it, especially Davis. Ok they all loved seeing the trains.
Fun boys all peeking out. They played around this thing for a good 15 minutesd
He had to try them on. And about 10 others. That kid was everywhere.
Time for the coins. Each boy picked a different design.
And Davis got to do one of his first!
Perfect for busy hands on a hot summer day.
And that was about it. It was a pretty small area that they would let you see but we still had fun.
In our condo. I love Davies swim gear. We went swimming a lot.
Me and my baby. Bottles are a pain but I sure miss them and that snuggle time. Now he's go go go go go.

Sleepin'
And more bottle time.
This was Max's meal of choice because he didn't like what we were having. Whatever.
Me and the man after some swimming.

And we're on the road again. I'll admit nap time in a new place was tricky so these longer drives worked out well the calm a grumpy toddler.
Waiting to get in to Lagoon!
I was a little nervous if Max would have fun (he's scared of bigger rides) and Davis because I knew there wouldn't really be any for him.

Our first ride was a haunted house ride, Max didn't want to go.
Merry go round was fun though and Dave found a ball.
Turned out Max was totally fine with pretty much all the 'little kid' rides after he went on the first one. Some he rode many many times.
Another one with the boys. Most of the time Jason took Levi and I had the little two so Max could ride his rides.
Yeah, this one was a favorite and he HAD to have the red one.
Dave cheered on. He's so going to love it when he gets to go in a year or so.
There were a few hard moments where he really wanted to ride the rides with his brother. Soon buddy!
We took a lot of walks together and water breaks. I love his super long shorts!
There was a point when they were tired of the rides and it was hot so we went and got this slurpee thing for like 9 bucks. Seriously so expensive. THEN Davis freaked out when anyone tried to drink.
Problem solved and well worth the $6.
He wanted to play in this so bad but we would be going to the water park soon and have swim gear on.
He almost got in but who wouldn't in that sun.
And then it was the bumper cars. His brothers went several time and it was really hard for me to hold him back. He wanted to be driving so much!
Time for a snack before a few more rides. I love this little container, it was so handy throughout the trip.
And I love his little chubby fingers.
Max finally got the courage to go on the haunted house ride with Levi and me.
He was still a little cautious.

Max didn't want to go on this one.
Another souviner penny.
Ready to hit the water. I didn't take many pictures after this but we had a ton of fun. Davis had a couple of favorite spots, a little swing, a slide or two. Max found some favorites as well and stayed close to me but had a bit of freedom to stay in my area. Jason and Levi headed off to some bigger slides and rides.
Then we watched the boys on the big slides. Max finally went on a couple of the bigger ones toward the end.
Good ending to our day.

Max was so brave and I was very proud of him.

My boys.
By the end this kid was so tired. Ok, we all were.
But had to do a couple of last rides to finish the day.

And of course some more bumper cars.
It was a great day.
