A cape? Why not? It'll help him fly faster than a speeding bullet, be more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Or more like be faster than his mom can keep up with, make more powerful stink bombs than any foe could withstand , and able to leap off the couch, table, bed in a single bound.
