One of the first things we did when we got there was check out the lake. We had a boat and a floaty shark but for everyone it was not quite enough so Grandpa G. got some more.
Larry being cool.
Since we had just gotten back from Utah and Levi had been car sick I was nervous the whole time about kids puking, which is absolutely disgusting especially in the car. Luckily there were no problems on the way. The first night we were there though Max threw up in the middle of the night. Luckily dad heard him yelling because he was kind of far and everyone was out cold. I didn't even register what happened until the next day.
The next day he ate a little for breakfast but threw that up so we just took things slow. We watched a number of movies, read, snuggled, slept....I don't know if he had a bug or anything but he didn't really throw up again but didn't want to really eat much for the next few days.
We did manage to get to the lake a number of times when he was up to it.
The view. We had a really nice huge suite with 3 rooms and air conditioning, sweet air conditioning. I'll have to admit this Oregonian was definitely not used to all that heat and was extremely thankful for it.
