The Fort - Stage 1

 A couple weeks ago, after Jason did the drainage ditch, he began on the frame. The sun was shining with promises of a long stretch without rain so tools were pulled out and work began. The boys were enthralled. They both got a tool apron from Home Depot and he let them carry around a rubber mallet.
Here they are in their 'safety zone'.

 When I looked again at the picture I burst out laughing at this one because Levi isn't really doing what you think he is.

 I really thought Levi was going to get into helping dad more but turns out little (ahem big) Max stuck next to dad for a lot of the time handing him nails. That boy is a builder.

 And there it is from our bedroom window. It's gonna be big. And awesome.
